Being one of the state's most prestigious and top colleges, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical College and Research Institute (SABVMCRI) was  recognized by the Medical Council of India in 2019.
Previously called Bowring and Lady Curzon Medical College and Research Institute, it is situated in the heart of Bangalore, Karnataka. 
SABVMCRI is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and offers state-of-the-art infrastructure to facilitate phenomenal medical education and research.

These hospitals are equipped with modern medical facilities, including ICUs, advanced diagnostic labs, and specialized treatment centers.
Since its inception, SABVMCRI has successfully completed five years of MBBS program, with the inaugural batch currently undertaking their internships. The college offers undergraduate programs (MBBS, Nursing, Allied Health Science, and Paramedical courses) and postgraduate programs (MD degree). The highly qualified and experienced faculty are dedicated to nurturing the next generation of healthcare providers.
